Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Elegant Testing Agency PVT LTD, Blue Area Mascow Plaza Fourth Floor, Islamabad Pakistan.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Elegant Testing Agency, accessible from https://etestingagency.com/
• Candidate means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund Policy

Our website and mobile application only allow eligible candidates to register for the test and pay. If a candidate is not eligible our system does not allow to register and pay for the test. This makes us unique from other testing services. To further facilitate our candidates, we refund in the following conditions.

• If he/she does not receive the roll number slip for the test date.
• If he/she received the roll number after the test date.
• If the candidate is charged for the post and system failed to generate roll number.

Payment for tests in all conditions other than the above mentioned will not be refundable.
